For bulk bags, enter the length and width of the area to be covered, in metres, and the depth to which you wish to fill the area, in millimetres.

If you are calculating turf requirements, simply enter the length and width measurements, depth is not needed. If your lawn is square, or rectangular, you should only need to input details into ‘Area 1’. For unusually shaped lawns follow our guide ‘How to measure for a new lawn’.
