Kiln Dried Sand

Kiln Dried Sand, also known as Pavior Sand, or Jointing Sand, is essential for achieving a professional finish on all types of block paving. Used for brushing into the joints, it creates a tight and stable bond between blocks, enhancing the durability and longevity of paved surfaces.

This medium-grade silica sand (Mansil 40) has a sub-angular grain and a natural buff colour, providing a clean, non-staining finish. It allows water to drain freely through the laying course and sub-base, preventing surface water build-up. Fully compliant with BS 7533-3:2005 Table D.4, Pavior Sand is the key to a stable, long-lasting, and visually appealing block paving surface.
